Do you hate meal planning? So do we! But we have to help each other out. So to make your lives easier, I teamed up with a bunch of other bloggers to bring a few menu choices to you. Check them out!
Seems like I’ve been absent a lot, right?
Good news: I’m still alive! I’ve just been doing some freelance editorial and web work for a client. They asked me to come into the office every day (so, like, a normal job), so it’s been taking up a lot of my time. So I’ve taken a little bloggy break while I work on that.
More good news: I really like it. I missed going into an office every day, honestly. Commuting into Atlanta is…a new experience. But not bad. Though traffic is horrible during the school year, with all the parents dropping off their kids. So I’ve been listening to audiobooks. (Now that season 7 of Game of Thrones is over, I’ve been working on the books again. Nearly done with A Clash of Kings!)
Though sometimes books get old, so I’ve also taken to listening to podcasts! My favorites right now are Welcome to Nightvale, The Cracked Podcast, and My Favorite Murder. (The last one is essential for true crime enthusiasts. The biggest thing I’ve learned: you know how people say they miss the “good old days” when you didn’t have to lock your door? Turns out murder was at its highest then because, shockingly, people not locking their doors made it a lot easier to just walk in and murder them in their sleep. Imagine that. There are actually other reasons the rate has decreased, but…I’m willing to bet that’s a big one. Lock your doors, people.)
Plus, Zach works there! We work different hours (I leave soon after lunch), so we don’t have lunch together. And we’re both too busy throughout the day to talk. But we do have lunch together.
Anyway, that’s why I’ve been gone! And, frankly, no regrets. I’m hoping to have my contract extended for a longer period of time, actually.
In the meantime, this meal plan should tide you over for a while!

Chelsea I was wondering if you could help me. I’m making your dark chocolate cream cheese frosting. I am making two wedding cakes. One is four layers 8 inch round. The other is 6 layers 8in round. I need to know how much frosting I need and how to double or triple or quadruple the ingredients please help. I like to have a little bit left over. Thank you so much Tammie Yeager
